Meet Claire

Nice to Meet you!

Hi! I'm Claire Keifer, the proud owner of Clarity Fitness. I am a licensed personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Group Training, Weight Loss, Behavior Change, Women’s Fitness, and Cardiorespiratory Training for Fitness and Sports Performance. I’m currently pursuing certification as a Stretching and Flexibility Coach. Since becoming certified in 2012, I have wholeheartedly committed myself to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through dynamic and engaging high-intensity interval training, strength training, and personalized workout plans.


My Journey

My passion for fitness began with my love for running. Over the years, I have completed numerous half marathons, full marathons, plus various trail runs and obstacle course races. Through these experiences, I discovered the importance of combining movement and nutrition, and I realized that strength training significantly enhanced my running performance and overall well-being.


As a mom of three, I am dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of my clients, while maintaining a balance that allows me to be actively involved in my kids' lives. My commitment to health, strength, and personal growth is evident in every aspect of Clarity Fitness.

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I have taught large and small group classes, one-on-one training sessions, and circuit-based boxing sessions. I have coached multiple youth sports teams and trained high school varsity teams and athletes, preparing them for their upcoming seasons.


My creative and engaging training style has benefited clients of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, and all ages. My youngest clients are teenagers, and my client with the most life experience (ahem, we don’t like the word ‘old’) is in her 70’s, and just so happens to be my mom! I emphasize endurance and heart rate variability in my group classes, ensuring that each workout is tailored to the needs of the participants, while using community and group connection as motivation. Strong women inspire strong women!


On-demand recorded class options are also available to offer flexibility for busy clients!
