If you need a moment to pause or simply enjoy Savasana, that’s part of the practice too!
This integrating yoga practice is a beautiful complement to your week, offered Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings, and supported by a strong sense of community and good energy (minimal social effort required—just show up). Kelly provides clear instruction and demonstrations throughout class, helping you explore strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness at your own pace. Beyond the “yummy stretchy goodness,” yoga offers powerful benefits: calming the nervous system, connecting mind and breath, opening tight areas, and supporting movement through your body’s full range of motion. Classes end with a deeply relaxing Savasana—with cool, lemon grass towels—so you leave feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to yourself.
